Audience recording of a great Beach Boys show!
Just a heads up in advance...
Anything that is currently legally available for purchase from legitimate entities will not be posted. If you think or know that something here has been officially released and is still in print, just let me know, I will gladly remove it.
Do NOT sell these boots, for free trading only.
Sorry, but I have nothing in FLAC. All of my boots are in MP3 format. I unfortunately do not have the hard drive space for FLAC or other lossless files. Feel free to convert the files to different formats.
If anyone has a request for a specific bootleg or a specific artist, I will post it if I have it. If not I will try to find it and post it here, or post a link to where you could find it.
Enjoy the music!

The Grateful Dead and The Beach Boys-Fillmore East, New York, NY 1971-SBD
This is an awesome show! This is the legendary show that brought the Beach Boys out of 5 years of obscurity and allowed them to earn some much needed and deserved artistic credibility. According to legend, Bob Dylan was in the audience, and after the show he said of the Beach Boys, "Those guys are fuckin' good!". I agree with Dylan on that one. Give it a listen and hopefully you will, too.

My computer has crapped out on me, and that was where I had most of my boots. I have a few on CD I might post, but until I get my computer fixed and cross my fingers that no data was lost, the posts here will be a little scant. Enjoy what's already been posted, though. I'll be back to post new stuff, but it will be at about the rate I've been doing lately and not as frequently as when I first started the blog.
So long for now.

Alternate Brian Wilson's SMiLE Mix

If anyone reading this is not familiar with The Beach Boys' SMiLE, find out more about it here, here, here, here, here, or on a million other web sites.
Over the years, people have compiled their own SMiLE "mixes", often speculating how the album would've fit together if it had actually been released. Since the advent of affordable digital audio editing people have been making more and more ambitious and "far out" SMiLE mixes, while others have "reconstructed" SMiLE by editing the original 60s pieces together in the same order as 2004's Brian Wilson Presents SMiLE.
Someone who goes by the handle "Alternate Brian Wilson" (check him out on myspace) recently created a SMiLE Mix, and you can find it here:
